1. Cancellation by Clients:

Clients may cancel a project or service request by providing notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

2. Cancellation by Freelancers:

Notification: If a freelancer needs to cancel an accepted project, they must notify the client and Technet.club as soon as possible. This allows for minimal disruption to the client’s project timeline.

Client Options: In cases where a freelancer cancels, the client will be offered the choice of a full refund or assistance in finding a replacement freelancer.

Freelancer Penalties: Repeated cancellations or non-delivery by freelancers may result in penalties, including but not limited to, account suspension or termination. Freelancers are expected to maintain a high standard of reliability and professionalism.


3. Eligibility

  • Refunds to employers are considered on a case-by-case basis, primarily in instances where the freelancer has not met the agreed-upon project requirements or deadlines.
  • Full refunds may not be available if the freelancer has already completed a portion of the work to the employer's satisfaction.


4. Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of the cancellation.
  • We will notify both parties once the refund has been initiated.


5. Disputes and Resolutions:

In the event of a dispute regarding service quality or delivery, clients are encouraged to contact Technet.club directly for resolution.

Internal Review: Refunds in these cases will be subject to our internal review and discretion, based on the terms of the service agreement. We will work with both parties to gather all relevant information and make a fair determination.


6. Project Completion:

Final Approval: No refunds will be issued once a project is completed and approved by the client. Approval is considered final once the client has accepted the work and no further changes or revisions are requested.

Quality Assurance: Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review the completed work before providing final approval to ensure all project requirements have been met.
